Online community is both my vocation and avocation. I’ve been intimately involved in building and managing groups of people for almost thirty years.

During this time, I’ve had rich experience building, managing, refining and redefining what works. Several different models have proved successful, and I am always open to hearing new ideas. Here are some that work:

Build-Host-Manage

In this scenario, EcoTone will assess your business need, and propose a full turn key solution. For this model to be successful, there must be intimate and extensive interaction between EcoTone, and a designated team member from your organization.

Your site can be hosted internally, or in EcoTone’s network of servers. We will be fully responsible for planning, implementation, and ongoing management of the project.

Build-Train-Turn Over

Ecotone will work with your people to build a community that will be ready for internal management in a period of six months. During this time, responsibility for maintenance and management will be migrated to your staff in a gradual, logical process.

Training can occur at your site, or at EcoTone’s facility in Middle Tennessee. In either case, you will have ongoing access to the knowledge and guidance of the entire EcoTone team.

Consulting Assessment

We are available for a variety of training and consulting assignments. From initial evaluation, to complete staff training, EcoTone has the personnel, and expertise to put your project on the fast track to successful implementation.
